### Signs:

• You react stronger than expected

• You feel hurt quickly

• You get irritated fast

• You feel misunderstood

### Why it happens:

Your body remembers past pain even when your mind doesn’t.

### Gentle steps:

• Notice the reaction without judging

• Ask: “Is this about now or something older?”

• Ground through slow breathing

• Speak reassuringly to yourself

Triggers are unhealed pain asking for attention.
