Who we are
Since 2014 we have guided more than 5,000 students and their families. Again and again we saw the same problem: big decisions about streams, careers, children and people were made under pressure, comparison or guesswork, rather than on a real understanding of the person.
So we built a structured way to understand people, the 7-Pillar Alignment Method™ for counselling, and the FuturePath platform to make that understanding available online to anyone in India, in their own language. Today the same assessment helps a Class 10 student choose a stream, a parent understand their child, a professional plan a career change, an HR team hire and develop talent, and a school guide every student.
