Child Counselling: Help Your Child Grow Confident, Focused and Happy
When a bright child stops trying, struggles with studies despite effort, withdraws, acts out or disappears into screens, there is almost always a reason underneath. Our child counselling works with both the child and the parents to understand how your child naturally thinks, learns and feels, and builds a practical plan around it.
- ✔ Low confidence & fear of mistakes
- ✔ Poor focus & study struggles
- ✔ Behaviour changes & emotional outbursts
- ✔ Screen overuse & lost creativity
When parents usually reach out
My child has lost confidence
Afraid of mistakes, compares themselves with others, or has stopped trying things they used to enjoy.
Studies are a daily struggle
Works hard but results do not show, loses focus quickly, or dreads homework and exams.
Behaviour has changed
Anger, stubbornness, withdrawal or frequent conflict at home or school that feels hard to handle.
Too much screen time
Phones, games and videos have replaced play, reading, creativity and real-world friendships.
We don't understand how they learn
You want to know your child's natural learning style and strengths to choose the right support.
Parents feel stuck
You love your child but daily life has become tense, and advice from others has not worked.

Frequently asked questions
+What age group is child counselling for?
Our child counselling and Childhood Alignment Program™ are designed for children aged 6 to 14. Teens from 15 onwards are supported through our Teen Life Direction Program™ and student career counselling.
+Does my child need counselling or is this just a phase?
Many changes are phases, but if low confidence, study struggles, behaviour changes or screen overuse last for several weeks, or are affecting school and family life, it is worth understanding what is underneath. A first conversation with parents helps decide whether counselling is needed.
+Do parents take part in child counselling?
Yes. Parents are central to the process. Children change fastest when routines, expectations and communication at home change with them, so every plan includes clear guidance for parents.
+What is a DMIT test and is it used for children?
DMIT (Dermatoglyphics Multiple Intelligence Test) is used by many counsellors in India to explore a child's learning style and intelligences. We use it as one input alongside observation, conversation and age-appropriate assessment, never as the only basis for decisions.
+Is child counselling available online?
Yes. Parent sessions and many child sessions work well online, and in-person sessions are available in Mumbai and Jaipur. We will suggest the best format for your child's age and needs.
