What it is not
- ✕It won't tell you to stay, leave, divorce or reconcile.
- ✕It isn't therapy, a diagnosis, or legal or financial advice.
- ✕It doesn't judge you or your partner.
This is a self-reflection tool, not therapy, legal or financial advice.
Built on research, honest about its limits
Built on published research on relationship satisfaction, communication and conflict, including research on what matters for Indian couples, like family and in-law involvement. Every question is written in our own words for Indian adults. The check is a reflection tool, not a validated clinical test, and it asks a few safety questions of everyone so that anyone at risk is shown help first.

Questions people ask
+Is the Marriage Health Check really private?
Yes. There is no sign-up, and your answers never leave your phone or computer. Nothing is saved or sent to any server, and the report is built on your own device. When you close the page or press Exit, your answers are gone.
+How long does it take?
About 7–9 minutes. There is one question on each screen, and you can go back or skip a question at any time.
+Will it tell me whether to stay or leave?
No. The check describes patterns in what you shared, what's working and what feels heavy, and offers small ideas many couples find useful. It never recommends staying, leaving, divorcing or reconciling. Those decisions are yours.
+Is this therapy or a diagnosis?
No. It is a self-reflection tool, not therapy, a diagnosis, or legal or financial advice. If you'd like to talk things through with someone, you can message us privately on WhatsApp.
+Is it available in Hindi?
Yes. You can switch between English and Hindi on every screen of the check.
+Can my partner take it too?
Yes, separately on their own device. Each report reflects only one person's view, so it can be useful to compare how each of you sees things, if you both want to.
