• You imagine worst-case scenarios

• You can’t stop analysing decisions

Your brain is trying to create safety.

Overthinking = survival strategy.

### Gentle steps:

• Write down 3 looping thoughts

• Ask: “Is this a fact or a fear?”

• Choose one tiny action instead of big clarity

• Slow your breathing to calm the nervous system

Clarity comes when your mind feels safe — not pressured.
