• You overthink small things

### Why it happens:

Your nervous system learned that the world is unpredictable.

### Gentle steps:

• Slow breathing to calm the body

• Speak grounding phrases like “I’m safe right now”

• Limit emotional self-criticism

• Build trust with yourself through small promises
