### Signs:

• You can’t sit still

• You feel anxious during rest

• You feel undeserving of breaks

• You overwork to feel worthy

### Why it happens:

Your worth became tied to productivity.

### Gentle steps:

• Take 5 minutes of guilt-free rest

• Remind yourself: “Rest is repair, not weakness.”

• Do one slow activity (tea, walk, stretch)

• Reduce self-judgement

Your body is not a machine.
